Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Every other weekend and every other holiday expected
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those with CCU-level acuity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Prior experience with CCU patients must be reflected on resume
- Experience in a mid- to large-sized hospital setting
- Must maintain a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with complex, multi-system critical care patients
- Familiarity with advanced monitoring equipment and critical care protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in high-acuity environments
