Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite | Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in an intensive care / critical care unit setting
- Monitor and manage CCU patients, ensuring timely assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Demonstrated experience with CCU patients — must be clearly reflected on resume
- Prior experience in a mid- to large-sized hospital setting
- Must maintain a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing complex, high-acuity critical care cases
- Familiarity with critical care protocols and advanced monitoring equipment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments
