    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with a focus on critically ill patients
    • Apply cardiac nursing experience to monitor, assess, and manage patients with complex cardiac conditions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Complete required facility orientation modules prior to start, including EKG and Pharmacology assessments
    • Adhere to facility compliance standards, including a strict no-call-in policy and smoke-free environment requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
    • ICU nursing experience with demonstrated cardiac background
    • Must successfully pass EKG and Pharmacology assessments during orientation (maximum 2 attempts each; no remediation available)
    • Must provide 2 professional references from a direct supervisor, manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Director relevant to the unit being submitted to — references required at time of submission
    • Local candidates are welcome and will be considered
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
    • Familiarity with annual nursing competency requirements and compliance-driven healthcare environments
    • Experience with pre-start online learning modules or facility-based onboarding processes
