    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – ICU

    Plymouth, MA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends and Holidays | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical critical care needs in a 14-bed critical care unit with 24-hour intensivist coverage
    • Manage and monitor patients on mechanical ventilators
    • Titrate vasoactive medications and sedation per protocol
    • Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpret findings to guide care
    • Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias, including post-STEMI care
    • Pass required competency testing in Tele/ECG and medications prior to acceptance
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
    • Current AHA BLS certification required
    • Current ACLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
    • Demonstrated competency in core critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
    • Local candidates are welcome
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CCRN certification preferred
    • Evidence of relevant continuing education in critical care
