    Job Title

    Travel RN – Burn Trauma ICU (Nights)

    Location

    Plano, TX | Acute Care ICU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 2 weekends per pay period

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed Burn Trauma ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio (ICU) or 4:1 (PCU)
    • Perform and assist with unit procedures including wound care, code response, EVDs, and massive transfusion protocols (MTP)
    • Operate and utilize critical care equipment and Burn/Trauma ICU technology; document care using Meditech EMR
    • Float as needed to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or PCU units based on census demands
    • Collaborate within a team-based environment, demonstrating strong communication and critical thinking skills
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN licensure (or compact eligibility) in the state of Texas
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU
    • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
    • Willingness and ability to float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or PCU units
    • Expected availability for 2 weekends per pay period
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • CCRN certification
    • Experience with EVD management and massive transfusion protocols
