Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
- Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, and clinical outcomes in the medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
- Adhere to all compliance, background check, and facility-specific standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days, with no hits on record
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with smart room technology or advanced clinical care environments
- Experience working in a high-volume, acute care community hospital setting
