Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned ICU/CCU patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff under supervision
Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care delivery
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license
ICU or CCU clinical experience
Ability to work night shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a telemetry or critical care environment
Familiarity with patient ratios in a high-acuity setting (nights expected at 5:1 on telemetry)
Experience supporting or working alongside orthopedic, sports medicine, or rehabilitation patient populations
