    Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nights

    Location

    Phoenix, AZ

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, with a focus on Neuro ICU patients
    • Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in critically ill patients' conditions throughout the night shift
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and credentialing standards prior to and during assignment
    • Complete required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
    • Fulfill weekend and holiday shift requirements as part of the assignment schedule
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Valid driver's license required to verify non-local residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    • ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience in Neuro ICU strongly preferred
    • Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is advantageous for faster placement
