Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned ICU/CCU patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Support nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact eligibility
- ICU or CCU clinical experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or teaching hospital environment
- Familiarity with critical care patient populations and high-acuity nursing workflows
