Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license with no disciplinary actions, verified within the last 30 days
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in a Magnet-recognized facility or large acute care hospital environment
