    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
    • Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
    • Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license with no disciplinary actions, verified within the last 30 days
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
    • Valid driver's license required to verify residency
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience working in a Magnet-recognized facility or large acute care hospital environment
