    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned ICU patients under the direction of a licensed physician
    • Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
    • Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies
    • Float to various units including step-down, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders as assigned, with patient ratios not to exceed 1:3
    • Provide care for a diverse patient population that may include MICU, RICU, and specialty cases such as preeclampsia, eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, and hyperemesis
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ICU setting; new graduates will not be considered
    • Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (RN)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
    • Experience with CRRT, ECMO, or high-acuity specialty patient populations
