Key Responsibilities
Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned ICU patients under the direction of a licensed physician
Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process
Float to various units as needed, including step-down, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders, with patient-to-nurse ratios not exceeding 1:3
Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ICU setting; new graduates will not be considered
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Experience with CRRT or ECMO in a critical care setting
