    Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned ICU patients under the direction of a licensed physician
    • Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process
    • Float to various units as needed, including step-down, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders, with patient-to-nurse ratios not exceeding 1:3
    • Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures

    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ICU setting; new graduates will not be considered
    • Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (required)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (required)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
    • Experience with CRRT or ECMO in a critical care setting
