    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) | Rotating Holidays

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 4-bed ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing diagnoses including respiratory failure, atrial fibrillation with RVR, detox, suicide, and occasional med-surg overflow
    • Titrate drips including propofol, cardizem, insulin, precedex, levophed, and others as required by patient condition
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry strips for both ICU and med-surg patients house-wide
    • Manage occasional arterial lines and accept pediatric patients as needed
    • Float to med-surg unit as needed during low census periods, typically without assuming a full patient assignment
    • Rotate holiday coverage with regular staff; no on-call or standby requirement
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience
    • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
    • Proficiency in titrating vasoactive and sedation drips
    • Ability to independently monitor and read telemetry strips
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with a broad ICU patient population including respiratory, cardiac, and behavioral health diagnoses
    • Familiarity with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory therapy equipment in coordination with in-house RT staff
    • Comfort working in a small, community-based ICU environment without a dedicated charge nurse
