Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active California RN License (must be verifiable via Nursys, uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
NIHSS certification required
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience required
Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be considered as a local candidate; locals are accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a high-acuity or Level I/II facility environment
Familiarity with e-learning and module-based onboarding processes
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care team environments
