    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Nampa, Idaho, 83687!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

    Location

    Nampa, ID

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7PM–7AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
    • Manage and titrate drips including Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, and Diltiazem
    • Care for patients with diagnoses including Heart Failure, Respiratory Failure, Sepsis, GI Bleeds, Strokes, TPA, post-codes, Pneumonia, and post-surgical complications
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry strips using Spacelabs monitoring system (no tele techs on unit)
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Hospitalists on-site 24/7, Intensivists available via telehealth 24/7, and Respiratory Therapists in the ICU 24/7
    • Float as needed to Telemetry (1:3 ratio when possible) or to other ICU locations within the health system
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN licensure in good standing
    • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
    • Ability to titrate vasoactive and sedation drips independently
    • Strong team-player mentality and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced critical care environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with ventilated patients, High Flow oxygen therapy, and BiPAP
    • Familiarity with Spacelabs telemetry monitoring systems
    • First-time travelers welcome provided all other requirements are met
