Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington or compact licensure eligibility
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
CCRN certification or pursuit of critical care certification
