Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
- Adhere to all unit protocols, compliance requirements, and orientation schedules
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Ability to work major holidays as assigned per contract guidelines
- All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-start
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements, including core items and labs completed within 48 hours of contract signing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance and onboarding processes
