Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting on 12-hour night shifts
Perform ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and provide post-STEMI care as needed
Float as needed to PACU, step-down, and ED for care of holding patients
Pass a mandatory ECG/Telemetry and Medications competency test at Day 1 orientation
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license required (may apply at time of offer)
CPR certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
ACLS certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
Minimum 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience
Epic EMR experience required
Ability to commit to no more than one holiday time-off request per contract

Preferred Experience / Skills
CCRN certification preferred
Experience with post-STEMI care protocols
Familiarity with PACU, step-down, or ED environments
