    Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Expected 72 Hours Biweekly (on-call hours not included)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
    • Perform cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, as well as post-STEMI care
    • Pass a mandatory ECG/Telemetry test and Medications test at Day One orientation
    • Float as needed to PACU, step-down, and ED for care of holding patients
    • Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health records system
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Massachusetts RN license (may apply at time of offer)
    • CPR certification – American Heart Association
    • ACLS certification – American Heart Association
    • Minimum 2–3 years of ICU or related clinical experience
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR
    • Ability to commit to an 8-week assignment with no more than one holiday off request and no more than 3 days of requested time off; local candidates are welcome
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CCRN certification
    • Experience with post-STEMI care protocols
    • Prior experience floating to PACU, step-down, or emergency department settings
