Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during day shift hours
- Float to additional ICU units (including cardiac/heart ICU) and Progressive Care Units (PCUs) as needed
- Participate in on-call coverage as required by unit needs
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (black or navy scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
- ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working across multiple ICU specialties or step-down/PCU environments
