Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a critical care/ICU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in an ICU or critical care unit
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Coronary Care Unit (CCU) or cardiac critical care environment
- Familiarity with travel nursing assignments and adapting quickly to new clinical environments
