Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / ICU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Ability to work night shift as a travel contract employee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in a Coronary Care Unit (CCU) or similar critical care environment
- Familiarity with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
