Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / ICU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact license eligibility
- Current ICU or CCU clinical experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care environment
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Familiarity with drip titration and advanced cardiac monitoring
