Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as required by the unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and medication administration standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience
- Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
- AHA BLS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
- AHA ACLS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
- One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
- No open background case hits or license hits will be accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience gained within a single location preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medication administration and safety assessment tools
- Experience working within a large health system environment
