    Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
    • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, interpreting clinical data and responding to changes in patient condition
    • Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as required by the unit
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required
    • Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
    • AHA BLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
    • AHA ACLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
    • One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
    • Local candidates are accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • ICU experience concentrated within a single facility or location
    • Familiarity with annual nursing competency requirements and module-based onboarding processes
    • Experience working within a large health system environment
