    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
    • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
    • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
    • Complete ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation with an acceptable passing score
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required
    • Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
    • Active AHA BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
    • Active AHA ACLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
    • One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted)
    • No open background case hits; no license hits accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • ICU experience concentrated within a single facility preferred
    • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety protocols
    • Experience working within large health system environments
