    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
    • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, interpreting ECG rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competency requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
    • AHA BLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
    • AHA ACLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required
    • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
    • Local candidates are welcome and accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • ICU experience gained within a single location preferred
    • Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition
    • Familiarity with medication safety assessment tools and processes
