Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting across multiple ICU populations
Monitor and assess patients requiring critical care, including neurological, cardiothoracic, burn, and trauma surgery populations
Care for IMC, progressive, and general care populations as needed
Float to other units as required based on facility needs
Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to critical telemetry findings
Required Qualifications
Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
Minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience in the ICU specialty within the last three years
Must pass a telemetry examination prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms required)
Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be accepted
