    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Every Other Weekend | Some Holidays

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms including telemetry and recognition of lethal arrhythmias
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity inpatient nursing care
    • Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic health record systems
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of two years of acute care ICU experience within the last three years
    • BLS and ACLS certifications – American Heart Association (AHA) only
    • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or high-acuity inpatient setting
    • Familiarity with cardiac interpretation and advanced rhythm recognition
