Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a 27-bed unit
- Maintain patient ratios of 2:1 to 3–4:1 depending on unit needs
- Utilize the MEDHOST electronic medical records (EMR) system for documentation and patient management
- Float to Stepdown unit as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
- Proficiency with MEDHOST EMR
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
- Experience floating to Stepdown or similar progressive care units
