    Travel RN – ICU (Nights)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: July 27, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed adult ICU/CCU setting with a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio (overflow ratios may apply)
    • Perform and assist with rapid intubation, chest tube management, and external ventricular drain (EVD) care
    • Manage and care for LVAD and CRRT patients
    • Utilize GE monitoring equipment and Meditech EMR to document and track patient status
    • Collaborate with charge nurses, nurse externs, and interdisciplinary staff to accommodate acuity-driven assignment changes mid-shift
    • Maintain current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license valid in Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
    • Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU experience
    • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required — candidates without these will not be considered
    • Comfort working in a high-acuity environment with variable patient ratios
    • Flexibility to adjust assignments mid-shift based on unit acuity needs
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Neuro certification (e.g., CNRN or equivalent)
    • Experience with neuro and trauma patient populations
    • Familiarity with Meditech EMR
    • Experience with LVAD or CRRT patient management
