Key Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all clinical decisions
Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Demonstrated Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years

Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee of an organization
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Prior acute care facility experience in an ICU setting
