Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity nursing care within a fast-paced cardiovascular service line
- Manage complex patient populations across a full CV spectrum (excluding transplants)
- Deliver critical care interventions in one of the highest-acuity ICU environments in the region
- Participate in an upcoming transition to EPIC electronic health records, anticipated in late 2026
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure (or compact license eligible in Arkansas)
- Strong cardiac nursing experience is required
- Prior ICU experience in a high-acuity setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a cardiovascular or cardiothoracic ICU setting
- Familiarity with EPIC or experience navigating EHR system transitions
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced critical care environment
