Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity nursing care within a fast-paced cardiovascular service line
- Manage and monitor critically ill patients requiring intensive cardiovascular intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, effective patient outcomes
- Adapt to evolving clinical workflows, including an upcoming transition to EPIC in late 2026
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arkansas or compact state eligibility
- Strong cardiac nursing experience is required
- Prior ICU experience in a high-acuity setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a cardiovascular-focused ICU environment
- Familiarity with EPIC or other major EMR platforms
- Comfort working in an extremely high-volume, high-acuity unit
