    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Varies)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
    • Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
    • Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the medical record
    • Expected to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU specialty setting
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with critically ill or complex patient populations in a high-acuity environment
    • Familiarity with ICU-specific equipment, monitoring systems, and clinical workflows
    • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in fast-paced settings
