Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an ICU setting
- Current AHA-issued certifications as required for ICU specialty
- Ability to work every other holiday
- Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities
- Must complete fingerprinting, drug screen, and required labs within 24–48 hours of signing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
- Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
