Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an ICU setting
• Current AHA-issued certifications as required for ICU specialty
• Ability to work every other holiday
• Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities
• Must complete fingerprinting, drug screen, and required labs within 24–48 hours of signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
