Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 hours bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide total patient care in an ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients across a 31-bed unit
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to unit protocols; no floating to other units required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- NIHSS certification required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Cardiovascular thoracic (CVT) or open heart experience
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
