Key Responsibilities
- Provide total patient care in an ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients across a 31-bed ICU unit
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to unit protocols; no floating to other units required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Required Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
- No call requirements; no block scheduling
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Cardiovascular thoracic (CVT) or open heart experience
- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
