Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Must have housing secured within 50 miles of the worksite prior to acceptance; address must be provided upon acceptance (hotel accommodations are not sufficient)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
- Familiarity with Florida AHCA compliance requirements
