    Travel RN – ICU (Nights)

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 3x12 (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed high-acuity ICU setting, managing medical, surgical, trauma, and stroke patients
    • Titrate complex IV drips including vasopressors and manage critical care equipment such as IV pumps, chest tubes, Arctic Sun, and GE monitoring systems
    • Maintain patient ratios typically at 1:2, with flexibility for 1:1 or 1:3 depending on patient acuity and staffing needs
    • Document and manage patient records using EPIC EMR
    • Float to areas of clinical competence as needed and respond to standby low-census call within 1 hour
    • Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements as directed by the facility
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-acuity ICU
    • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
    • PALS and TNCC certifications required
    • Demonstrated ability to titrate complex IV drips including vasopressors
    • Flu vaccination required (November 1 – April 1); no declinations or exceptions accepted
    • Flexible, dependable, strong team player with a patient-centered and quality-driven approach
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NIHSS certification preferred
    • Experience caring for highly complex patients in a Level II Trauma, certified STEMI, and certified Stroke Center environment
