Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU setting with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Manage critically ill adult patients (18 years of age and older) across a range of critical care diagnoses and treatments
- Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps and ventilators
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EHR
- Participate in weekend coverage and on-call requirements as needed
- Float to other units as required per facility guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a cardiovascular or critical care ICU environment
- Familiarity with Meditech EHR platform
- Experience with ventilator management and advanced IV therapy
