Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio for adult patients (18 years and older)
- Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps and ventilators
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EHR system
- Manage critically ill patients with diagnoses and treatments related to critical care
- Participate in call requirements and float to other units as needed
- Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a cardiovascular or critical care ICU environment
- Familiarity with Meditech EHR
- Experience with ventilator management and IV pump operation
