Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong critical care background with demonstrated ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work night shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Open heart or cardiovascular surgical experience is a plus, though not required
- Experience with complex, high-acuity patient populations in an intensive care setting
