Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed
- Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
- Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify at travel rate
- Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 5 years before returning as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
- Experience floating to multiple units or affiliate hospital settings
