Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Float to Intermediate/Step-down units as needed, with ratios of 1:4 to 1:6
- Deliver care across multiple inpatient units at skill level and below within an enterprise region
- Adapt to dynamic shift assignments, including adjusting to assigned facility locations based on daily staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
- Active North Carolina RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Level 1 Trauma experience
- Prior travel nursing experience
