    Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts, Sunday–Saturday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within a full-service acute care hospital
    • Monitor and manage critically ill patients, applying advanced clinical judgment and ICU-specific protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
    • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
    • Adhere to all facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no hits on state license to practice
    • Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
    • ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    • Active driver's license required to verify residency — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience working in a large acute care or non-profit hospital environment
