Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care in Gilbert, AZ

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts, Sunday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills and ICU protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all compliance, background check, and facility-specific requirements prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active and valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
• Completed ICU skills checklist within the last 12 months
