Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, background check standards, and required learning modules prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active and valid driver's license required to verify residency
- Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in a full-service acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with ICU skills checklists completed within the last 12 months
