    Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts, Sunday–Saturday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
    • Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
    • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, background check standards, and required learning modules prior to and during assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
    • Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
    • Active and valid driver's license required to verify residency
    • Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience working in a full-service acute care hospital environment
    • Familiarity with ICU skills checklists completed within the last 12 months
