    Float Registered Nurse – ICU / ED / MSU

    Contract | Days (8–12 hour shifts); flexibility required for nights, weekends, and holidays

    Key Responsibilities
    • Report daily to the House Supervisor for assignment across multiple units including ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics
    • Provide direct patient care within areas of competency and experienceFloat to other departments as needed, which may include taking a patient load or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones
    • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as operationally required
    • Adhere to facility compliance deadlines, including orientation requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience spanning all three specialties: Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics, and Intensive Critical Care
    • American Heart Association BLS certification
    • American Heart Association ACLS certification
    • PALS certification
    • TNCC certification and Moderate Sedation certification (Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility upon confirmation)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience, particularly returning travelers familiar with float pool environments
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly across multiple clinical settings within a single assignment
